I recently setup new email addresses through godaddy for a business. They use outlook on the computer and blackberry or iPhone as a mobile device.
The question is: Is there anyway to archive a former email addresses emails? I called godaddy and you can't transfer them to godaddy server ( at least as far as the tech support knew of). Via outlook is there a way to store their emails or transfer them over to the new address?
Has anyone run into this before?
Is there a really simple answer I'm overlooking. Like does outlook just archive on the computer anyways and they can just add another email address to that mail client? (same question goes for the BB or iPhone)
