Dreamweaver CS 4 Help

I am new to web building. Thanks in advanced. I am trying to build a family website with Dreamweaver CS 4. The website is going to have these main pages: home, mom and dad, me, brother & wife, pictures, videos, and contact us. I would like to have the users log into the website to view the pictures and videos web pages. How would I go about making users sign in for those pages and how to setup the database? And what other programs do I need to use?

You are new to web building. Why go straight to Dreamweaver? Do you know how to use html, php and mysql? The program won't automate it all for you. I suggest you figure out how to set up a database etc by other means. The program itself won't teach you anything. Get some books, follow some tutorials, read up on websites.
