Designing 1Page Minisites

Hello everyone. I am new to this forum and this is my first post and first question.
I have discovered a lot of 1page websites or minisites and noticed that they seem to be pre-installed such that the owners just tweaks them to fit in to their desires just like you can tweak smf, drupal and Joomla and other CMSes.

Those sites are usually given to teh custumer by the host or WHSP.

They are usually refered to as "OneClickSite" or "Template-sites" :)
