hello there, i am a part time freelance web designer and require people from time to time to do various bits and pieces for me.

The reason is i have a full time job to support my family and so sometimes i dont have enough time to do everything in a certain ammount of time.

I am looking for people who are willing to take small bits of work on, for example i may need a flash intro or something.

Naturally i will pay for work done for me, prefferably via paypal.

Flash is my thing at the moment, i tend to produce alot of sites either using flash or flash in it.

I want to know about the latest version of the HTML and
also i want to that it is necessary that database knowledge is important for HTML .
