Cursor image won't show up

I am testing out a cursor with an image, but I can't seem to get it to work. I have the .cur file in the same directory as the index.htm file. Could someone look at the code or let me know why you can't see the cursor image?

hi Kristi, try using a .ani file cursor instead of a .cur one this could help ive had trouble with cursors myself. Good Luck.
