the header looks nice if you designed it.
There is too much empty white space towards the top half of the page though.

I like the simplicity of the design, but it needs a little more pop/kick. The header is decent but the fonts are all the same....seems like you could add a little more typography in that section. The "CSS TOUCH" should stand out more, it blends with the navigation bar too much.

I do like the navbar though and the general color scheme is nice. As far as the body area, I agree with Ian, just too much white space...needs a few other design elements? Maybe even some text could help out.
