CSS Background

Hi all,

How do i create a background similar to the one shown here - http://www.929.com.au/shows/emandwippa

I would like an image shown as the background and have it remain at the top and fade into a solid color at the bottom of the page. I would also like it to be viewable for different screen resolutions. ie, for larger resolutions you see more of the background.

Here is their CSS:

body {background:transparent url('YOUR IMG URL HERE') 50% 0 no-repeat}

Here is the image they used, so you'd have to make it similar to that.
