Creating a webinar based on a forum

Hey,

Just wondering if it is possible to create some sort of live webinar where a presenter is broadcasting a slide show with live video or audio and answering peoples questions, which are posted on a forum board below. Think of Live YouTube where the presenter is answering the questions people post in the discussion board below the video.
