Crazy position goes bananas with toolbar!

Hi!

I'm having some trouble with my page. U've put in a simpple div (a blue ball with a dollar sign)

It works perfectly as long as I dont have an extra browser toolbar (like wordpress toolbar or some other anoying ones with search engines and stuff)!

The extra toolbar pushes down my dollar sign so it gets positioned UNDER the blue ball.

I use chrome. The same thing doesnt appear in ff...

probably because you push it outside of it's parent container with positioning when there is no need at all to do so.
