Contact Form Height Problem

Hi, I wonder if any of you can tell me why contact forms appear different heights in different browsers?

The contact form I've put on this page, for example:

http://www.facebookpagedesign.co.uk/facebookiframes/golcentres/newport/contact.html

..has a greater height in Chrome than it does in Firefox which is making it difficult to create a nice background for it. Can you offer advice on this?

Never mind, I used a CSS reset and figured out some css for the form that sort of works.
