So I've got my website pretty much done

and I've got zen cart installed, but I'm not sure zen cart is right for me...
First I was wondering how hard it is to get my zen cart store to look the same as my website, or if I can implement it so the store fixes itself as a part of the website and just goes where the main content div is...
I want to have maybe 2 computer packages on each page, a low end and a high end, for gaming, entertainment, and student... When the user clicks on the low end or high end model it should allow just a few simple things to be customized, like the RAM, video card, processor, and hard drive.
When they are sent to payment and shipping, I want them to be able to select the option of delivery if they are local...
That just about wraps it up.. anyone have any recommendations on how I could go about achieving this?
