I'm working on a list of open source stock photography web sites and was wondering if anyone had suggestions.

The number one place for me in terms of royalty free imagery has to be iStock. Massive selection of really high quality photos and illustrations, and they even sell flash templates, video and audio. Definitely very competitive prices, and if you're wanting to resell any content you can even purchase extended licences to cover this.

Oh and they have a really great Free images section too!
