Coding Questions - Could I pick your brain?

I'm trying to set up my own invitation shop online. I have lots of questions on how I can get my site up & running and what it could potentially cost.

I wouldn't mind designing the website myself however I would need someone who could actually build it - I don't know coding. Do many coders work this way?

If any coder out there would mind me picking their brain - I'd greatly appreciate it - have lots more questions. TIA!

You should really start with a site map, list of products and budget to allow a developer to get a better grasp on the work and time involved.

Many coders (if not all) will just take your source file from your graphics program and churn out the HTML/CSS for it then integrate it with a back-end system.
