Can You Help..............

We are totally new to this website design lark. We have spend 2months designing a website after our host 'streamline' adivised us to get 'microsoft frontpage 2003'. Which we have done.

Now we are at the point of trying to get the website onto the net using 'FTP Surfer' , which we were also advised to do by our host. We can not do it at all.

FTP seems so easy to use, we think its something we have or have not done on our website whilst designing or saving it! ? ! ?

Streamline have been useless and microsoft are trying to help.

We have designed it and tried hundreds of times putting it on the net as is. Using frontpage and FTP surfer. We do not have frontpage extensions on this website yet.

CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP??????????????????

If you are having trouble uploading your website, could be that your ftp connection settings that you have used are incorrect. Your web host should be able to help you with that, normally those details are mailed to you when you sign up for their web hosting.

Find out the following info:
1. Host Name
2. Username
3. Password

You can also use FrontPage itself to upload your website. There is an option called 'Publish' under file.
