Are you serious? never saw such a ugly site in years.
The design looks like it's made in the early nineties.
The color scheme is burning in my eyes.

To be honest it feels like something from the 90's like retro. If you where going for that then great but the style people seem to like now has borders and less stuff on a single page. Something more simple and modern. Also be careful with black backgrounds they can give a negative effect without people even knowing why. You almost never see a black background on a popular site now.

I really don't care for the color scheme or the animations...

I think you should eliminate the black background and stick with white. If you choose to keep the color scheme, it would look a LOT better on a white BG.

And please, please stop using colored text! It doesn't look very professional, and it hurts my eyes.

I don't mean this as a "mean" question, I'm being perfectly serious, but did you design this to look "bad" on purpose? Maybe trying to be eye catching? If so, then maybe we can ramp it up a bit!
