menu is too small and i don't like the way the whole row jumps on hover

overall it looks good but needs a little more white space and more line height

by Stefan Gill" shouldn't this be a blockquote? and the yellow background looks dated - how about a colour from your header (the blue swirl thing)?

yeah i had a feeling the menu was too small. my bad for designing with non breaking spaces, what do you suggest?
tables for layout, yes, however i'm learning divs, just didnt implement them on this site.
yellow background, hmm i never thought it look dated but ill ask around. blue swirl may be cool.
