Blogging the icelandic way

hi folks,

the intention of this thread is to introduce you to my personal internetblog ;-).
it is about my girlfriend and me spending one semester in reykjavik, iceland.
thus the blog is filled with plenty of information about the everyday life in iceland / reykjavik, what exchange students have to expect from one term in iceland and of course is full of pictures of reykjavik.

unfortuately as time off is very rare, we are not capable of translating the page into the english, too. due to that the content is problably only suitable for those of you who are fine with german. but as pictures are international, enjoy high-def pictures of one of the most beautiful places in the world!

i am definitely aware of the fact that you guys are more familiar with increasingly better designs but i am not good at the graphic-design part.
it took me one week to get TYPOlight working appropriate to run a blog ;-).

feedback is highly appreciated!

to understand the written stuff, maybe you can use the google translator
they improved it a lot over the last 5 years.
