I voted for dreamweaver, earlier versions of frontpage were not very cross browser compatible, although things may have changed in recent times.

I've never used Frontpage, I've been with Dreamweaver since the beginning and I love it.

FrontPage has been my choice since FP 2003. Microsoft worked out a lot of the bugs, and it has been great for me. As for DW, I have never used it. Good ole notepad used to be the best, but not worth the effort these days.
