ANy ideas, 2028 pages!??

A lady has asked for 2028 pages worth of items for your shop. She thinks that by putting them in Excel and transfering them into a macro will be a good way to do it.
Is there any other way of storing 2028 items on a website?? Layout ect!

In any case, I would think that you would be well served in looking at an actual ecommerce script such as osCommerce , instead of trying to build it from scratch.

I agree with SE, a ready made shopping cart is your best bet. It will also track sales of items as well. When looking at the various options in shopping carts, considering the number of items to be sold, I'd recommend osCommerce myself as being one of the more powerful ones. There are others but not all of them are equipped for large scale use such as you have described.
