I like the good clean relevant layout... Your menu has a couple small issues though, mostly due to your mouseover area not being large enough to hang on to the open state while the user browses the sub-options

Clean, smooth, clear. I suggest increasing the padding above the LOGIN area, also more padding at the bottom of the NEWS area.

The padding under the NAVBAR seems too much. I'd bring it lower, in line with the bottom of the logo. Best,
