adjustments to my site

Hi guys,

I've just set up a new business, and have designed a website accordingly. The site is www.auto-betfair.co.uk and already "looks" pretty much the way I want.

The problem is the main area of the page where the text is....I'm not sure how to make the layout of the page so that the header stays the same and the bar on the left-hand side stays the same, but the main area of the page can be edited on a daily basis.....at the moment it seems to be saved as an image (can't highlight the text with the mouse cursor)

Could anyone help me out!

If it were me, i would code it in say 3 pages header, side, footer and content and using PHP to include the pages into the site, that way you only need to edit content if you want to chnage it for any pages through your site. Although this is a simply and quick way of doing it.
