About to do a site redesign and looking for advice.

Take a look at your logo. I cannot read the fine print.

In my opinion the moving background shapes need some work. I want to see the movement slower and smoother, and making more sense. It feels out of control as is.

I'm also seeing as I navigate through the pages... inconsistency. I'd also go for a more pro nav bar.
