1)Does anyone have or know a ready rating and commenting system code that you can just stick on your HTML page?


2)Anyone know where to get Dreamweaver CS1+ for a pretty low price?

what do you mean by rating and commenting system? There is joomla which is like a content management system alows you to rate and comment on articles etc....

i have a website and i put youtube videos up on it.
i wanted to create a 5 star rating system with commenting.

You could try using wordpress I'm sure it must have a rating system plugin available somewhere.
