I really like that design, it's both functional and attractive, good work. When coding the CSS, I would let the main DIV slip over the top, by making the overall background fixed, just so you don't get a tile effect when scrolling.

The first thing I would do is make sure all the links work and actually go somewhere - I would have the flash logo do it's animation once maybe twice then stop.
