Nice site keep it up... but i would recommend not using frames again for search engines they do not like frames and have a a hard time indexing the site... unless there is new info i dont know about...

what do you mean by rating and commenting system? There is joomla which is like a content management system alows you to rate and comment on articles etc....

flash is not good for search engine optimization... your site will look very nice but wont really do much for you if people cant find you through search engines.... try to minimize or eliminate flash on the site.... there was some news that flash in future will be able get indexed by search...

Whatever you decide to sell you should really believe in the product and have a very good understanding of it... customers will ask questions and if you cant answer questions about your own product it will not last long.... pick something you are passionate about and google to find some...

your content should support those keywords... in order to get good results... i usually break the pages into 2 - 4 words and target those words per page...
