I would say add more content to the homepage and change the dark grey header text to a fresher colour, maybe a burnt orange? Also get rid of the tacky builder bloke. The whole site seems quite small.

Have a look on fiverr.com - there are bound to be some coders who can put one together - for a fiver!

I'm using just a few css3 ones, those that definitely work across all the main browsers. Until they are all supported I'll hold back. Not tried html5 yet.
