I know how to make your basic screenshot, I really would like to know how to get a full page screenshot of my web sites for my portfolio. The good 'ole alt+prt scr only gives me from the middle up. Are there any programs or other ways to accomplish this? Thanks!

Start out with a blank new page (not a template) and go to Insert-> Picture-> New Photo Gallery

Try taking out your scripts as a test, see if it still flashes, maybe there is an error in your Javascript, sometimes that will cause a flicker. Try a javascript/HTML validator: http://www.loriswebs.com/validators.html
