If you are satisfied with your actual provider, don't move just for that. Internet it's global, where your files are it's not the main thing. However, German it's the better country to host in Europe-central.

Google don't offer "web hosting", but you can use your domain for gmail or APPs, however, as the others told you, it's better to talk to a local web hosting company where you perhaps can get a good deal, better than work with a big brother as godaddy, etc.

Usally free host don't support php or mysql services. If you want them, you have to upgrade. I suggest you to choose paid ones as you get support include with the price.
