i think you should diable the video from autostarting in the background. it is to confusing. You should better do a background picture instead of the video and integrate he video in hte content.

Hey it is a really clean and easy designed website. So I would look for cool design background. Maybe the color from the background content area could be light blue or something. I think the "white" is to clean. Maybe you look for some ideas?! then look on that Homepage. So I hope I could helped...

Yes a really good clean website. The slideshow fits good.

Look for the texts of the "containers". They should be centered. And the "search"-field and -button should be a littlebit higher. Not so directly at the "slideimage".
