It's OK - feels like a old website, not a modern website... Are you trying to support old computers with IE6?? That's what it feels like. Other than that, it loads fast, and the content aspect is good.

Overall, I like it and it fits the need for real estate. However, the header image needs to go- it is completely far out of place. The footer with blue/white is hard on the eyes. Maybe black text or a off white color.

Although the background color is a bit bright (overall color scheme).. Its eye hurting :D Other than that, everything is very fitting and well done.

The second one looks better. The first one there's too much white.

It's not a realistic webdesign. I go through this issue all the time. I just don't like it at all.. sorry, start over time :(

I think it looks pretty good, overall. It's clean and simple. Nice work.

I don't recommend it, though, some browsers may not support it. I could be wrong, but you should research it first.
