It's a decent design, however I would work on standardizing the padding with elements such as the logo, content, address, telephone #, etc. It also looks like a few of the logos on the bottom are overstretched. It would probably look better to reduce the size of the logos and fix the pixel...

I use multiple operating systems for different reasons. Windows 7 primarily for gaming, media streaming. Mac OS X for day-to-day use and most coding. Linux via terminal for web hosting.

As Fireproofgfx said earlier, simpleviewer works great and is very easy to use. I've used it in the past for less-techy clients to upload their own photos.
