Depends what skill you have more. For me designing from scratch is much simpler than using available templates. I'm sure there are so many people who disagree and are so much comfortable with templates.

IE6. Is it still a matter in web designing? This version of Internet explorer is the most problematic when it comes to web designing.

I think it has something to do with the "session" . I'm not sure but I think you should check your browser settings. In IE you can easily reset the setting. Tools->Internet Options->Advanced->Reset

Nice logo. If I'm allowed to advice I suggest to alter letters by clipping some part of it. For example you can cut pixels between "r" and "y" in "Ktymson" word.

If have not noticed this problem in Dreamweaver since I write usually HTML codes manually. It is much simpler for me than using Html editor. Html Editors often mess up the codes and stuff redundant code with unnecessary codes and in some cases they destroy your code.

It is not that hard to design similar design for yourself.

Dreamweaver, Frontpage, and Visual Studio. I admit they are professional tools but they also provide you with visual editor in addition to HTML editor.

use alt as well as title. some browser displays popup some does not. What browser you are using?
