    Why does this not work?

What am I missing by not upgrading?

Agreed, I find 2 screens massively useful. It's a way of logically dividing the things you are working on. Putting them on separate halves of the same screen just doesn't really work for me. I'm seriously thinking about getting 3 screens next upgrade!

    Go to college OR self-teach?

Self teach. The vast majority of teachers of high tech subjects are teaching out of date information.

    Incorporating Blog into website. (rss?)

You might be able to use something like this http://www.rssfeedwidget.com/ Personally I would just build the site fresh in wordpress, but this could take a while if your existing site is very big. If it is big, then an alternative would be to style wordpress to look like your current site and...

Cubender - A new web builder ideal for web designers

I dont think a package like this is aimed at web designers. In my experience as a web designer, you will always be asked to do things on top of "basic" functionality - that's kinda the point of our existence these days in a world full of cheap DIY website builders.

    Designing your own CMS

The one major thing I'd change about Joomla is to have the ability to create menu items for articles at the same time as creating the article, rather than it being a two stage process.

If you're building up your portfolio just give a low price. You can worry about charging enough once you've built up some credibility.

    Please Give HONEST Feedback

The site is very dated looking. If you just google "web design" and look at the sites that come up it should be pretty obvious what you're up against. Just a few things to get you started: 1) The menu links should be a colour other than the default colour for links. Add a hover css effect...

There's no such thing as css tables. But yes, css design does make heavy use of divs.
