I like the illumination. Wouldn't be nice if when you clicked the icons at the bottom of the page, after you arrived at the page, that particular icon stayed illuminated? Is that text in the upper right hand corner? What does it say? Did I mention that I like the illumination?

Maybe the links in the main paragraph should just be underlined as opposed to color coded rollovers, or maybe a darker color. The links in the left side navigation area are not lined up (left justified???). And maybe you can underline just the text? Why am I tempted to rock the site back...

How about if you choose six colors that complimented each other really well? Then you give the impression that you know color really well and that speaks for itself as far as web design goes. Just a thought.

Layout is fine, but it is content that really makes a site. Yours has plently. The site is simple, but that may be a good thing. Two points on the font size would make all that you have written that much easier to read.

Navigation is a tricky thing... 1.The first of the three blue buttons on the home page (Home) is redundant. 2.The blue "Downloads" button is missing from the home page, the portfolio page and the contact page. 3. etc...

A web site is only as good as it's content. The more content a web site provides, the more informative it is. However, that content must be updated. How often depends on the site.

NOVICE. I see you have made some changes. You could probably bring the "word count" down a little more on your "web design" page. The sentences "If you have a web site" and "If you don't have a web site" both look like links, but are not. A logo? The navigation "rollover" is a little...

WebSmith is a decent editor. The more time you spend with it the better you will become. Check online for sites that are doing the same thing that you are doing and see what they have to offer.

It helps to understand just what all goes into a site like this one. (It's what you don't see). what is making the site so "clean"?

Two minutes is an eternity when there are hundreds of site just like yours. If someone is looking for something, they know it when they see it. It is too easy to "click" to another site. It like when someone else has the t.v. remote

Flashy Looks like a lot of time and effort went into your site and you are very good with the "Flash". If you are showcasing your "Flash" skills, you have done a great job, however, the site content is what viewers are mainly concerned with. A little Flash is a good thing.
