you should highligh what your site is about and benefit to your visitors and when broswing around it, i cant find a good solution what your site is about

no idea to say cuz your site are good in looking but you can add favicon to it to make a site has a good sign :p

you need to remove your footer space more shorter than this or you can add some info to it to make it looks nice

your site layout looks clean and easy to navigate and i would suggest to move your ads banner to the top of your sidebar to make it looks good
