I had an seo company help redesign my website. They did a good job on the design and keyword adding into the text, pictures, titles, etc... I created some new content using keywords and that has helped. Our PR is 4 and climbing. The creation of our blog and linking that to social applications...

Good layout, I would add some more content and keyword rich text on your pages though. The updated articles on the side is nice.
