    What You Do When Feel Office tiredness:

    Go to the rooftop and get some fresh air while listening to some good music. If possible, take a nap to get regain some energy. Drinking some cup of coffee would be nice too! :)

    Working Out

    I am actually not a healthy eater. I usually eat whatever is available. But I exercise a lot, which is in form of sports that's why I am fit. I do badminton, a bit of swimming, and jogging whenever I could. :)
