    I have been going back and forth between smartftp and filezilla. smartftp local and remote windows work really well for moving files easily. Plus has some other nice features. but I like filezilla because it is so straightforward...best of all...it's free.

    It's been my experience that good and cheap don't often go hand and hand. There is such a thing as too cheap. But Webhostingpad.com offers a pretty good deal. $1.99/mo hosting. They have decent shared servers. Can't get any cheaper than that without sacrificing reliability...

    Free webhosting Domain 1 Year

    I saw on templatemonster.com an offer for free hosting with a free domain. It was for Justhost.com. Only caveat is that you have to make a purchase for a template on Templatemonster.com first. But if you do need a web template then it may not be a bad deal. Here's the link for more info...
