k I have adobe photo shop but I want to make some cool pictures that like move and stuff.. Also want to watter mark some pictures in my photo gallery I add like any ware from 75 to 200 pictures at a time to my gallery so i need to be able to batch watter mark them.. I also dont have a logo...

whats the best software for making gif images some realy cool logos and headrers buttons and water mark pictures?????????????? please help with this:p
