Ive looked at basic html, and looked into things like frontpage and yahoo sitebuilder and using note pad etc, Ive had a little play with installing forums etc so i know bits and bobs, but now i want to get into the actual design of a god website . . .

Im completely new to web site design, but i want to learn! Where is the best place to start designing? I want to eventuallt be able to design a decent / professional looking web site . . . Cheers, J
