You need to password protect the files through your cpanel. If they are all in a folder you could password protect the folder.

No not yet. I think they have spent their money with this designer 12 months ago and now have a site they had to move because the designer stopped working and since the move they haven’t been able to get it back up again. It is a COM site and I have suggested it could have been better designed...

Oh dear. This is a headache. I did not create this site, nor do I have this cart program on my Dreamweaver. I do not know how to tweak unless I am pointed to the problem. I quess this one is beyond me but thank you so much for trying to help.

The cart is WA ecart. I couldnt tell you how old the site is (not mine) but by the way the sit is constructed I wouldnt be surprized if the scripting isnt compatible? Hi Stephanie, I have found that some of the permissions had not been changed over to 755. I have done that and now we can use the admin to add and edit items but it wont give permission to delete. Also everything looks ok but the shopping cart wont collect the orders as you click add to cart...
