Menu is a bit bad, and text areas are bad too. Try to put them so that they like blend together.

Add some style to text too.

Good, but there was writen in white "Skrivet av Lars Göran Andersson 2008-02-13", you just cannot read it out!

Your header is a bit "flat", font is bad and too big and there is too much empty space.
