Free hosting is a complete waste of time. Sure, it's good for kids that don't get all that much cash, but you can get hosting packages from somewhere as cheap as $10.00. However, domain names are not ever really cheaper than $9.00 per year.

Nice! Perhaps instead of having the content in a box with the black border, you don't have it in a box (not a visible one anyhow) and you use a tan-ish background colour? This will reduce the amount of green in your site without it losing the natural feel to the site. Aside from that, I like it!

The sidebar doesn't really match the main content area. The blue seems a bit out of place. I don't like the black background on the image at the top. You need a welcome message of sorts on your page somewhere. I don't know what your site is about. :(

I also agree about the top banner. you should use less images on it. Make them vary in size, perhaps? I also think that the photos should be clear instead of having that odd effect on them. I would also use a different font style, colour and whatnot. I'd position it somewhere else, too...

Love the layout! :) I would make the backgrounds of the top navigation change colour when you hover! This can be done with javascript or CSS. :p

It would be good if this could be centred completely. It looks odd on the left. :( When hovering over the top links, if they changed a bit that would look cool. I feel weird when links don't change when I hover! Aside from that, it looks really nice! :)
