Check this out http://www.longtailvideo.com/players/jw-flv-player/ I believe you can do this via a xml list of your videos, etc. Otherwise create a php script that displays media files it finds in folders and plays them using it when you click on a file.

I just lost a couple of customers to Dreamhost because they have "no limits". Its all bullshit advertising.
