I would re-submit it every couple/few days. Some platforms/softwares (WordPress, etc.) have plugins that automatically update the sitemap when new content is added, then the sitemaps are re-submitted to search engines. This may be a viable method for you. -AS

Guaranteeing rankings can be very difficult as, unless you own Google or Yahoo, achieving a desired result is somewhat up in the air, so to speak. The goal is to put forth your best effort and do all that can be done. Good luck with your search. -Aaron

I've found the more posts the better. Now, keep in mind this doesn't mean spamming Twitter. I mean informative, cool, unique, funky, catchy Tweets.

I religiously use the Google AdWords Keyword Tool... Truly a godsend. Check it out. :)

Never deliver the final product until you receive funds from the client. I've sometimes cut clients slack and it always comes back to bite me in the butt. I require a 50% deposit then 50% upon completion. Also, be sure to always keep in contact with your client, this will help tremendously...

I used to always purchase inexpensive stock photos but have recently gotten into taking photos myself. For stock photos I typically use Istockphoto.com. I hope this helps a little bit. :) -AS
