alright guys... So I'm a noob. I need help building a bulletin page for my users to post on.. heres my site runs off of a social engine 3.10 template. I don't know where to begin? Is there a place i can just copy and past some code?

Hey guys, I just launched this site 5 days ago. On average i get about 1500 hits a day, but the problem is i get only about 6 sign ups a day... Can you guys help me with ideas to make the site more appealing? Thanks! LINK
