I would get rid of the gradient background, and just make is a simple colour. Other than that, it looks nice and simple.

I don't think you would want to do the whole folder. It should actually just be a file named something like config.php.

I third this!!! Also the font is a touch small, maybe a few sizes bigger would be good.
