Flash, in my opinion is best used to complement HTML. Flash can be easily found and indexed by spiders in this way. The problem people always run into with flash, is that it is designed to "show off" all of its features, rather than keep and maintain the interest of its viewers. This is best...
personally i don't like the black background with this site....i would maybe go with grey or white. Also with the google ads, I would try and incorporate them into the actual site, instead of on the side.I think they would be more effective if they matched the core content of your site more...
yes, you have changed the size to 620, but you still have the box on the left, when you add that to the box on the right, its over 800 pixels still. If you still want to get rid of the scroll bar you need to lower the size some more.

what do you mean by slideshow? Do you want something that just goes through select images, or an interactive push button, change picture type deal? Can you give me an example of what your talking about somewhere? I might be able to help u out
Pong was fun. As for the site, I think its just a little hard on the eyes. I think its just to busy. I would suggest you compare your site to like sites, not copy them at all....but maybe just compare the look of yours to theirs and see if you get some other ideas
Vaelor, On my display testing, the text links are in the vertical center of the arrow to the left of the link....is that not how it appears in your browser? I have done alot of testing to make sure it looks the same everywhere....if so what browser/resolution are you at so that i can check it...
