Oh! And you should take a good look at the forum rules, specifically
Signature Rules

1. Signatures may not exceed 5 lines at a resolution of 800x600.

2. Signatures may not contain more than two font colors.

3. The max authorized font size for signatures is 2.

Thanks guys. I'd like to add a section for newsletter subscription to this site but looks like the home page is kinda full. If I don't want to make too many changes, what's the best way to add in the newsletter subscription box?

I was thinking to replace the bridge picture but it was kinda too narrow...

Hang on YOU are supposedly a "marketer" surely you should be telling US where to place action calls to improve the conversion/click-through rate

I like it overall. I think the newsletter subscription might fit well either in the red box on sidebar or just below it.

Minor nitpicks:
- The link hover effects in the sidebar don't match the ones in the navigation bar.
- The links in the red sidebar disappear on the Announcements section. Maybe create a tree style list for the links on that page?
- The footer links and copyright seem like they would belong in the red strip at the bottom of the page rather than just below the main content. They'd have more room down there, at any rate.
