Review site item layout

I know that this may be difficult to do, but I am asking you all to look at this site "layout" if you will and tell me if I'm heading in the right track. All it contains are various areas indicating where text, content, etc goes, so although it's not very specific just from the picture, just tell me if it looks like it's going in the right direction.

Yes it looks like a good layout. But, I would have to see the code to determine if the layout is possible

Where is the code? Might help us all to help you.

Looks good now, just wonder what you plan to put in the bottom part. Blocks there are somehow irregular, so when filled with content (no matter words or pics), it may looks a little garish.
